All interior walls in contact with the product are covered with insulated Stainless Steel sheet, which significantly reduces condensation.

The plansifter frames are made of high quality, moisture-resistant plywood, and the sieve frames are manufactured as one-piece with the aluminum injection method. 

Efficient plansifter cleaning is ensured with specially designed sieve cleaner. The base of the plansifter frames is manufactured from stainless steel sheets.

Passage covers, covered with aluminum are easy-to-mount and leak-proof rubber seals are used.

The partitions placed in the product flow channels prevent the dust from rising while the product is unloaded, thus preventing product adhesion and mold formation in the passages over time.
