It cleans wheat by washing with water. It is preferred in cases of very dirty grain and sufficient water availability. It is made of stainless sheet.

Washing and drying processes are carried out independent of each other by means of independently operating gearbox and drying motor.

The spirals provide the mixing of wheat with water and separate foreign particles like straw, dust, and stone from wheat.

Wheat transferred into the drying section is transferred out as dry after it is rubbed by pallets on the perforated sieve surface.
