Imas Makina, the brand of İttifak Holding that has been operating in the machinery sector for 33 years, started to be traded on the BIST Main Market in Borsa Istanbul with the IMASM code.
Exporting to more than 100 countries on five continents, İmaş Makina's shares started to be traded on the Borsa İstanbul Main Market with the IMASM code after the public offering process completed on April 22. The public offering of İmaş Makina, which was held by A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler on 20-21-22 April 2022 with the "fixed price method and the best effort", received high demand from domestic and foreign investors.
“Total size of public offering is 210 million TL”
After the sale of shares with a total nominal value of 14 million TL, through the capital increase and joint sale of İmaş Makina, the company's free float rate was 37.84%, while the total size of the public offering was 210 million TL. The demand for shares with a nominal value of TL 33,608,547, which is 2.40 times the shares with a nominal value of TL, was received. 30 percent of the shares were distributed to domestic individual investors, 61.63 percent to domestic institutional investors and 8.37 percent to foreign institutional investors.
